The annual Pikto Top Pick photo contest is now officially open and taking submissions. Contest participants must register for membership on Pikto before submitting fifteen pictures to be judged by experts after Nov 2nd 2012
This is a great opportunity to get discovered – there is no entry fee and each participant’s work will be seen by thousands of people visiting the contest photo gallery.
There is comfort and honesty in Pikto photo books.
Photo books are physical art pieces and still the most tangible way to show off your art work and leave a legacy of your journeys, experiments and masterpiece images.

How would you like to have your pictures on display inside the front gallery of the prestigious Pikto photo printing shop?
The photography service headquarters in the heart of the Distillery District is home to all manner of art brokers, buyers and business agents, designers and decorators and property developers.
Each participant in the contest can enter a maximum of fifteen images, no greater than 2MB in size – all photos must be .jpg format.

Pikto Top Pick Photo Contest Judges Are Industry Professionals
All image sets that are uploaded during the competition will be judged by a panel of top professionals including but not limited to, Gina Martin (National Geographic), Chris Buck (Editorial/Commercial Photographer) and Johan Hallberg-Campbell (Pikto Curator) as well as the winner of the Popular photo challenge, the winner of which is determined by voting in the gallery.

The winner of Top Pick will be chosen by one vote from each of the judging panel plus one vote for the most popular winner . Top Pick Winner will receive in-store credit for services towards printing and framing a Gallery Show to a maximum of $5000. Opening reception and travel costs for artist alone cannot exceed $1000 each. Most popular winner will receive $1000 in online gift certificates in addition to the vote on the panel. In case of a tie, prizes will be shared equally.
